Our SIMs are shipped inactive so that they do not incur an active charge to your account even though you may not have your SIMs yet. When your SIM order has been confirmed you will see your new SIMs in your dashboard and they will be marked as INACTIVE. 

As soon as you see your SIMs here you can activate them at any time. You do this by visiting the Manage SIM page and clicking Activate. 

REMEMBER! - Our billing cycle starts on the first of every month. SIMs when active incur an active charge every month, however the month you activate your SIM you get for free.
